What neighbors say

Work people are glad they didn’t DIY

Panel swaps, rewires, and retrofits across West Michigan — done right and left clean.

Diaz swapped our overloaded fuse box for a 200-amp panel in a day, labeled every breaker, and hauled the old junk away. First contractor who actually explained what he was doing.
Homeowner East Grand Rapids
We had flickering lights and a hot outlet in an older Heritage Hill house. They found a bad backstab connection, fixed it up to code, and didn't upsell us on anything.
Homeowner Heritage Hill, Grand Rapids
Wired our whole warehouse LED retrofit after hours so we never lost a shift. Clean conduit runs, on budget, inspection passed first time.

Good to know

Questions we hear a lot

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Owner Ramon N. Diaz has held a Michigan Electrical Master license (#6207049) since 1988, and the company is a licensed and insured Michigan electrical contractor (MI Electrical Contractor #6106182). We pull permits when the job calls for one and our work is built to pass inspection.

How fast can you come out?

For most jobs across Grand Rapids and West Michigan we schedule within the same week. If you have an active hazard — burning smell, sparking outlet, a panel that’s hot to the touch — call us and mention it’s urgent.

How does pricing work?

It depends on the job. Planned projects — panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting, a generator hookup — get a free written quote before we start. Service and troubleshooting calls usually run hourly, and we explain the rate before any work begins. Either way, you know how you’re being charged up front.

Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel?

A few common signs: a fuse box instead of breakers, breakers that trip often, a 60–100 amp service feeding a modern home, or plans to add a hot tub, EV charger, or addition. We’ll tell you honestly whether an upgrade is worth it for your situation.

Do you do commercial work too?

We do. Build-outs and tenant improvements, LED retrofits, service upgrades, and maintenance for shops, offices, and light-industrial spaces around West Michigan. See our commercial services.

Got an electrical project or problem?

Tell us what’s going on and we’ll give you a straight answer on price — usually same week.
